This three-level structure has a Stahlton beam floor system supported on steel beams and columns.
The external and internal walls are reinforced concrete panels supported on the reinforced concrete foundation using Drossbach ducts.
The warehouse is a split-level building with a glazed façade system.
It includes a mezzanine floor with timber framing.
The lateral load resistance is provided by steel portals and reinforced concrete shear walls.
A fire wall is provided at the junction to the existing building.
